Meteor-system 的 DSH 插件 @meteor-system/dsh-codegraph 将当前工作区索引为关系图，暴露 codegraph_explore 工具，回答谁调用某符号、改动影响面、符号间是否可达。默认关闭，lazy 构建并缓存在 .dsh/codegraph/。支持 callers、impact、reachability 三模式及 /codegraph 预热与 diff 影响分析。安装：dsh plugin --profile web add @meteor-system/dsh-codegraph。MIT 0.12.0。
