dsh-codebuddy-models: Connecting to a Local CodeBuddy Subscription

The `dsh-codebuddy-models` plugin converts a Tencent CodeBuddy subscription into a native provider for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), enabling local CodeBuddy models to be directly invoked by Agents. By reading local login credentials, it supports native provider integration, automatic token refresh, streaming, and tool calling. After installation, the GUI must be restarted; models automatically scan the local client's `product.json` file and take effect in settings. The plugin supports text models, does not store passwords, and includes robust error handling, but it is limited to specific DSH host versions.
