dsh-code-atlas: Code Graph and Cognitive Layer Indexing Plugin

dsh-code-atlas is a plugin that provides a repository map for DSH Agent, aiming to reduce the cost of code exploration. It uses Tree-sitter for static analysis to build a repository map with four F/R/A/S cognitive layers and supports symbol indexing and querying without native compilation. The plugin automatically identifies file responsibilities, dependencies, exported entry points, and potential security risks, helping the Agent quickly locate code logic; however, some features (such as call graphs) are still to be refined.
