dsh-clock-tools：由宿主测量的 DSH 任务计时

dsh-clock-tools 为 DSH 本地 Agent 提供 task_clock 工具，由宿主用单调时钟测量任务实际耗时，并与预计耗时、状态分字段持久化到 ~/.dsh/clock-context/tasks.json。支持 start/check/finish/list/now，0.1.8 起默认注入时间规则。README 仅在 DSH 0.2.1-rc.2 实测；Profile 级安装需解压发行目录后通过 GUI 或 dsh plugin add 本地路径，安装后完全重启 DSH。插件不联网、不自动计时，Agent 须主动调用。
