dsh-clock-context: Injecting an Authoritative Clock into the DSH Agent

This is a DeepSeek Harness (DSH) plugin designed to address the issue of models being unable to access the real-time clock and producing errors by inferring from historical data. It dynamically injects the current date and time during the assembly of each conversation, providing an authoritative clock for the model (with configurable time zone, precision, and more). It is easy to install, supports second- or minute-level updates, and can significantly improve the model's accuracy in time-aware tasks.
