dsh-client-ui-usage-hud：在 DSH 側欄常駐查看賬戶餘額與 Token 用量

dsh-client-ui-usage-hud 是 bjpd6 維護的 DSH 客戶端插件，在 Web 側欄底部常駐展示 DeepSeek 平臺賬戶餘額、贈送餘額、累計消費（total_costs）及基於 session_projcache 的 Token 總用量與最近一次請求明細。因 DSH 賬戶服務丟棄 total_costs，插件 host 半部通過 getPlatformSession 自行請求 get_user_summary。需啓用 deepseek-account 並官方賬戶登錄；支持 dsh plugin --profile desktop add 或手動複製至 profile node_modules。MIT 0.1.0，無第三方運行時依賴。
