dsh-client-ui-rtl: RTL Text Direction for the DeepSeek Harness Web Client

`dsh-client-ui-rtl` is a fun plugin for the DeepSeek Harness web client, designed to address display issues caused by rendering RTL language content, such as Arabic and Hebrew, under a default LTR layout. The plugin uses a script to automatically detect specific scripts and corrects only text-direction markup, without affecting the overall page layout. It requires no configuration and runs automatically after installation, fixing the display of bullet points, tables, and mixed-direction text. It has currently been validated only for Arabic.
