dsh-clear-tool-results: DSH Host Plugin for Tool Result Admission Filtering and Archiving

dsh-clear-tool-results is a DSH host plugin for handling overly long tool outputs and preventing them from filling the context window. In the `tools/post-execute` stage, it applies admission filtering to plain-text results: content exceeding 1024 bytes is written to local storage in full, while the model receives only a “receipt” containing the path and a preview. The plugin provides retrieval tools such as `read` and `read_tool_result_log` for reading the full content on demand. It is currently marked as deprecated.
