dsh-claude-codex-mode：讨论只读、改仓交给 Codex

dsh-claude-codex-mode 是 hotheat 维护的 DSH 客户端 bundle，将需求讨论与 Git 仓库内代码修改分离：讨论由 DSH 主模型或 Claude Code CLI 只读完成，改仓在用户明确执行后交给 Codex CLI，并由写文件 guard 拦截结构化写工具。插件页可在 api 与 claude-code-cli 模式间切换，并提供 Node、Codex 登录、Anthropic 或 Claude Code 等前置检查。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add github:hotheat/dsh-claude-codex-mode，要求 DSH >=0.2.1-rc.2 与 Node.js >= 20。
