dsh-cindy-host：在 Host 側把 Cindy 手機客戶端接到 DSH

dsh-cindy-host 是 chanyuenpang 維護的 DSH 客戶端類插件，在 Host 側連接 Cindy 與 DeepSeek Harness，提供會話、消息、審批、todo、goal 的手機通道及 input-delivery v1 SQLite 賬本。0.1.31 針對 DSH 0.2.1-rc.5（亦兼容 rc.3/rc.4），需 Node.js >=22.16。可通過 Desktop 插件管理器或 dsh plugin --profile 安裝 dsh-cindy-host@0.1.31，安裝後 reload Host 插件。插件以 dsh 進程權限運行，回滾須備份 profile 賬本狀態。
