dsh-chat-unread：DSH 桌面端会话列表「标记未读」

dsh-chat-unread 为 DeepSeek Harness 桌面端左侧会话列表提供手动「标记未读」：闲置状态行首蓝点、悬浮按钮与会话菜单切换，状态写入 $DSH_HOME/chat-unread.json 跨重启保留，打开会话自动清除。双面插件无外部依赖，MIT 许可；可通过 dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:nmglyx-hub/dsh-chat-unread 安装，README 在 0.2.1-rc.2 实测通过。
