dsh-ccswitch-sync: Sync CC Switch Configuration to DeepSeek Harness

The dsh-ccswitch-sync plugin is used to sync API configurations from CC Switch to DeepSeek Harness. It reads CC Switch's SQLite database, automatically maps providers and models, and writes API keys to the DSH credential store, with support for multiple protocol adapters. After installation, you can sync, preview, and manage configurations using chat commands or CLI tools. Automatic syncing is disabled by default and requires manual triggering. Configuration options allow you to control route prefixes, model discovery, and the exclusion of specific routes.
