dsh-captain-call: Transform AgentTeams task completion into a Captain's Call

dsh-captain-call is a plugin for the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) Web GUI, designed to address the pain point of manually checking AgentTeams task status through voice interaction. The plugin simulates the WeChat incoming call interface; when a team member completes a task, the desktop assistant GINKA calls "Captain" Daisy and announces the task completion status and duration via TTS. Core features include a full-screen incoming call UI, configurable TTS Chinese broadcast (prioritizing the local Kokoro-82M-zh model, with Edge and system voice fallback support), voice reply, fallback typing interaction, a two-way calling directory, and call history management.
