dsh-caps-beacon: Using the Caps Lock LED Status to Indicate DeepSeek Harness

`dsh-caps-beacon` is a client plugin for DeepSeek Harness that uses the Caps Lock indicator light on a MacBook’s built-in keyboard to provide feedback on background status. A solid light indicates the agent is running, blinking indicates user attention is required (such as waiting for approval or a question), and off indicates idle. The plugin controls the LED by listening to events and does not inject keystrokes. Installation requires adding the plugin, compiling a helper program, and restarting, with configurable trigger conditions. It supports macOS and requires an Apple keyboard, Xcode Command Line Tools, and Input Monitoring permission.
