dsh-cairo-city: A Tool for Retrieving Cairo City Information

The DSH plugin `dsh-cairo-city`, maintained by istone, provides information about Cairo. It does not require network requests, is implemented purely in Node.js, and is suitable for network-constrained environments. Install it by running `dsh plugin add github:uckkk/dsh-cairo-city`. Dependencies include `@deepseek-ai/cordis` and `@deepseek-ai/dsh-tools`. Once installed, you can call tools directly within a session to retrieve data. The code is open-sourced under the MIT License.
