dsh-busyloop：在 DSH 宿主内跑 agent 循环，不靠外接运行时

@snow-the/dsh-busyloop 是 snow-The 维护的 DSH 工作流类插件，提供 agent-loop 能力层：直接消费宿主 ctx.llm、轻量多轮循环与调用方注入的工具表，可选经 webServer 暴露通道与凭据管理 API。与 Codex 范式解耦，需同时在 profile 的 dependencies 与 bundles 中声明并注意 dsh-tools 仅作 peer。本文基于 GitHub README 与 package.json 介绍架构、用法与安装注意点。
