dsh-better-workspace: Adding a Two-Level Folder System to the DeepSeek Harness Sidebar

The `dsh-better-workspace` plugin adds a two-tier folder system to the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) sidebar, improving workspace organization through a “disk layer” and a “name layer.” Key features include instant grouping via slash-based renaming or drag-and-drop, appearance customization, layered session management, and native keyboard shortcuts. The plugin supports cross-device synchronization; a restart is required after installation. It is designed to address the clutter associated with managing multiple projects.
