dsh-better-uiux: Real-Time Terminal and Style Enhancements for DeepSeek Harness

`dsh-better-uiux` is a UI enhancement plugin for DeepSeek Harness Desktop web mode, designed to address native terminal feedback lag and limited customization. It controls two core features via toggles in Settings: real-time streaming terminal output with interactive buttons and pop-ups for actions such as copy, stop, and view task; and injection of custom CSS for advanced interface styling. After installation, foreground and background tasks can be monitored in the logs, or the interface appearance can be modified using CSS. It should be configured to avoid conflicts with the `dsh-plugin-live-terminal` plugin; note that low-frequency polling continues to detect status even after Live terminal is disabled.
