dsh-ballute (Ballute Airbag): DeepSeek Harness Plugin Crash Protection

The DSH (DeepSeek Harness) plugin system fails silently by default; the dsh-ballute plugin addresses this issue through five layers of protection (precheck, isolation, observation, recovery, and fallback). L1–L2 provide static health checks and UI crash cards; L3 records JSONL crash logs; L4 supports one-click disabling; and L5 provides safe-mode setup and cross-profile recovery. The plugin covers runtime crashes, but Loader-level failures still depend on the console or safe mode.
