dsh-balance-meter: Real-Time Monitoring of DeepSeek Harness Balance and Current Session Consumption

dsh-balance-meter is a client plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) designed to display top-up balance and current session spending in real time. It reads official balance data directly, measures consumption through delta values, and supports duplicate billing prevention, exception handling, and hot configuration updates. The plugin shows a persistent indicator at the bottom of the interface, which can be clicked to expand and view top-up, bonus, and spending details. Note that shared accounts across multiple clients may result in inflated data, and token-to-currency conversion is for reference only.
