dsh-bahamas: Bahamas Country

The `dsh-bahamas` online tool plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) provides information about the Bahamas. It is a pure Node.js implementation and does not require network access at runtime. The plugin is open source under the MIT license. Before installation, the dependencies `@deepseek-ai/cordis` (^4.0.1) and `@deepseek-ai/dsh-tools` (>=0.1.0-rc.6) must be satisfied.
