dsh-auto-scheduler: Automatically start and stop Intelligent Agent sessions in DSH based on time windows

`dsh-auto-scheduler` is a timed automatic task plugin for DSH, used to automatically create sessions and dispatch tasks within specified time windows, and terminate the session at the stop time, while the session remains retained for playback. Core functions include host-side scheduling (requires the `dsh web` process to be running; missed schedules are not re-run), automatic start and stop, and two modes: `default` (can ask the user) and `silent` (unattended, full permissions, no prompts). The plugin provides presets for Beijing time off-peak hours (12:00-14:00 and 18:00-09:00), supports `once` and `daily` repetition modes, and handles time zones such that the panel displays times in the local time zone while storage is converted to UTC. Installation is performed via a version-specific command, and the `dsh web` process must be restarted after installation or upgrade.
