dsh-auto-approver: Configurable Auto-Approval Plugin for DeepSeek Harness

The DeepSeek Harness plugin `dsh-auto-approver` intercepts `approval/request` events before privileged operations such as writes are executed, and automatically responds to requests via rules, Hermes Pro semantic adjudication, or manual input. It supports four modes: `allow-all`, `allowlist`, `hermes` (fail-closed), and `off`; records audit logs in JSON Lines format; and includes an interactive rejection loop. After installation, its parameters must be configured in `cordis.patch.yml`. It is suited for automation scenarios that reduce manual interaction while operating within a controlled environment.
