dsh-audio-tools：在 DSH 里用 ffmpeg 与 whisper 处理音轨与转写

dsh-audio-tools 是 Ren-xing 维护的 DeepSeek Harness 社区插件，提供 audio_probe、audio_convert、audio_transcribe 三个工具：借助本机 ffmpeg 读取媒体信息、转换格式或从视频抽音轨，并用 whisper.cpp 或 OpenAI 兼容 API 转写文字与 srt 字幕。插件零 npm 依赖、不捆绑 ffmpeg，需在 desktop profile 通过 CLI 安装 tgz 并配置 cordis.patch.yml；本地 cli 转写可运行 setup-whisper 脚本下载模型。本文基于 GitHub README 整理安装、配置、用法与安全边界。
