@dsh-external/dsh-asset-manager: DSH Component Management Center

The `dsh-asset-manager` plugin provides a centralized asset view for the DSH system and unifies the `DSHComponent` data model. Users can access it via the System Overview tab or a header button, with support for asset overview, categorized browsing, enable/disable, version updates, and deletion protection (including backups and secondary confirmation). The plugin also provides RESTful APIs for integration with conversational tools and includes complete build, dependency, and security mechanisms, aiming to simplify the asset management workflow.
