dsh-ark: Ark Mode of DeepSeek Harness

dsh-ark is the Ark mode plugin for DeepSeek Harness, designed to address model instability caused by complex presets. It adopts a "frozen wire surface" strategy, uniformly freezing Ark-series presets in `minimal` mode and retaining only the `bash` and `str_replace_editor` tools to ensure stability. At the same time, it uses a CLI side-channel proxy to execute complex toolsets, instructions, and skills such as `standard`, `code`, or `cordis`. The plugin provides three presets: `ark`, `ark-code`, and `ark-cordis`, and supports dynamic dependency resolution and host bridging (Unix socket).
