dsh-approval-autofocus: Approve DSH Approval Cards Directly with Enter

The DSH (DeepSeek Harness) plugin `dsh-approval-autofocus` resolves the issue where approval cards lose focus and keyboard shortcuts—Enter to approve and Esc to reject—become unusable. It monitors the DOM and, when a card appears while no element currently has focus, automatically moves focus into the card's details area, with compatibility for fallback mechanisms. Users should note that the plugin does not simulate key presses; if induced by the model, it may lead to accidental approvals. The plugin must currently be installed manually from an archive, as installation from a Git repository is not supported.
