dsh-api-ledger：在 DSH 里查看对话 API 用量与费用估算

dsh-api-ledger 是 LAwLi3tCoding 维护的 DSH 社区插件（admin-security），在对话、设置、Composer 与侧栏展示 token 用量及按路由/模型的估算费用，支持 CNY/USD 展示与本地价目配置。需 Node.js 20+；Desktop 可用 install.mjs 链接安装，CLI 可通过 profile 从 GitHub 或 npm 添加。数据本地处理，不读 Key、不上传账本；费用为估算非账单。
