DSH's `dsh-ai-curfew` plugin uses dual controls—“peak/off-peak schedules” and “curfew curves”—to shift AI from an “always online” mode to one that “works on a shift schedule.” Outside working hours, the plugin uses a short-circuit mechanism to return preset responses at minimal cost (0 tokens), avoiding API request failures.
