dsh-agent-team-model: Visual Configuration of Member Models in DeepSeek Harness Agent Teams

The `dsh-agent-team-model` plugin provides a visual routing configuration solution for DeepSeek Harness Agent Teams. It allows developers to specify Provider, Model, and reasoning effort through the interface, either by default rules or by exact team member name, and to view the actual routing assignments in real time during conversations. This plugin is responsible only for routing and must be used together with the official Agent Teams layer and Web Profile. Configuration changes apply only to newly created team members, addressing the inconvenience of cumbersome manual code-based configuration.
