dsh-agent-instructions-editor：在 DSH 设置页编辑全局与项目指令

dsh-agent-instructions-editor 是 MaRi23333 维护的 DSH 客户端插件（0.2.3，面向 DSH 0.2）。在 Web Settings 增加「个性化指令」页，编辑 ~/.dsh/AGENTS.md 及项目链上的 AGENTS.md、CLAUDE.md 与 .local 覆盖层，发现规则与官方加载器一致，含字节预算与保存冲突 409 提示。支持 desktop 与 web profile 的 npm/GitHub 安装；保存后需新建会话生效。MIT 许可，独立社区项目。
