dsh-3301: DSH LAN Entry and Reverse Proxy Plugin

dsh-3301 is a reverse proxy plugin for exposing the DSH Web interface to the LAN. It forwards the local port to `0.0.0.0:3301` and supports WebSocket, password protection, session authentication, and rate limiting. Built with Node.js and requiring no installed dependencies, it supports Windows, macOS, and Linux. Users need to clone the repository via Git and run the deployment script, then enable and configure it in the DSH plugin settings. It has no password by default, so setting one before exposing it is recommended.
