dock-files: A File Browsing Plugin for DSH Workspaces

The dock-files plugin provides VSCode-style file tree browsing and management for DSH Web workspaces. It supports directory tree browsing, file creation, renaming, copy/cut/paste, and image pasting, with secure session isolation, drag-and-drop import, and chunked upload. The plugin allows registering file viewers and custom icons, and supports multilingual interfaces. Note: native pasting on Windows is limited, and task state is not retained across restarts.
