deepseek-desk-rsi: Synchronize DSH downstream applications using DSH itself

deepseek-desk-rsi is a plugin designed to maintain DeepSeek Harness (DSH) downstream applications, aiming to address synchronization challenges caused by rapid upstream evolution. Adopting the "AI for AI" philosophy, it leverages DSH itself to execute the synchronization process and ultimately generates a Pull Request (PR) for manual review. It consists of six core stages: perception, integration, verification, alignment, fixing, and proposal. The verification stage performs builds and tests, the alignment stage verifies 128 plugin contracts using parity.json, and the fixing stage has a maximum of 3 rounds and supports checkpoint rollback. Implemented using pure ESM and JSDoc, the plugin features a zero-build installation process and reuses peer dependencies provided by DSH. Once installed, users can configure the profile to point to the repository and execute the daily synchronization via a command.
