chicheng-peak: DSH Peak-Valley Reminder Plugin

chicheng-peak is a DSH Web extension designed to address the visualization and notification requirements for DeepSeek API peak-valley pricing periods. Based on DeepSeek's official schedule (peak hours: 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00; off-peak for the rest), the plugin automatically determines the current status and renders an orange (peak) or blue (off-peak) pulsating border along the page edge, while input boxes are also equipped with independent, configurable light effects. Its core functions include sending custom notifications via chicheng-push channels (e.g., Server酱, DingTalk, Telegram) or the messaging-core platform before the switch to peak or off-peak hours, with server-side scheduling ensuring delivery even if the page is closed. Additionally, it supports browser local notifications, adjustable status badge positions, and custom peak hours.
