DeepSeek Harness Plugin Suite: Quality Gating, Context Enrichment, and Markdown Toolset

`@catheadowl/dsh-extras` is a plugin suite for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to address duplicated hook logic and chaotic state management in agent development. By packaging common hooks, it provides structured quality gating, context enrichment, Markdown tooling, and knowledge routing capabilities. It includes four independent modules that can be individually disabled or controlled via configuration. All runtime dependencies are provided by the DSH host, and developers can install and use it via the CLI.
