cache-sentinel：在 DSH 里拦截「缓存已过期」会话的误发

cache-sentinel 是 AliceSaikawa 维护的 DSH Host 插件（admin-security）。当会话距上次回复过久、prompt cache 可能失效时，可按 block/archive/both 模式拦截模型发送或自动归档会话，避免整段历史按未缓存输入计费。支持 /sentinel、/unlock 与 cordis.patch.yml 配置。安装：dsh plugin --profile web add github:AliceSaikawa/cache-sentinel，需重启 DSH。MIT 许可。
