AI Look-Up (ai-look-up)

This plugin is designed to prevent wasted “idle running” in long-running tasks by monitoring AI behavior. It uses hooks to detect anomalies such as repeated commands, timeouts with zero output, and failure loops, forcing the AI to self-review against its objective. It provides both DeepSeek Harness (JS) and ZCode (Python) implementations, supporting local clock anchoring, independent review, and an optional third-channel remote monitor. Users can manage configuration and status via slash commands, but note that the ZCode side requires Python and an API key, and the third channel is disabled by default.
