DSH Editor (CLI) Plugin: Native File Browsing and Editing for acryl-cli

`acryl-dsh-editor-plugin-cli` is a TUI-native file editing plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH). It allows users to browse, view, and edit files directly within the terminal interface without switching contexts. The plugin is based on Node.js and supports file tree browsing, Vim-style navigation, directory filtering, inline editing, and saving. After installation, restart `acryl tui` and enter `/files` to use it. Known limitations include lack of support for cross-file search, Git diff, and syntax highlighting.
