xby-classify: DeepSeek Harness Image Classification Plugin

`xby-classify` is an image recognition plug-in for the DSH platform. It wraps the YOLOv26 model and uses the Xiaobenyang official API to perform ImageNet 1000-class classification. The plug-in does not include model weights and supports persistent configuration via an API key. It provides three interfaces that handle, respectively, a network URL, Base64-encoded data, and a local file path, and returns the Top-5 predicted classes with their confidence scores. The installation command is `dsh plugin --profile web add github:xby_skill/xby-classify`, suitable for DSH developers to integrate an image classification service.
