DSH-Sync-Backup：为 DSH 记忆层做加密备份与双通道同步
DSH-Sync-Backup 由 YAN3RA 维护，分类为记忆。它白名单收集 ~/.dsh 中 dsh-config-manager 未覆盖的记忆层（记忆、技能、待办、会话、存储等），以 AES-256-GCM 加密打包，本地留存并可同步到 WebDAV 与 GitHub 私有仓库；上传以回读 SHA256 为准。默认 dryRun 与通道关闭，须显式配置后才出网。安装可用 npm 包名 dsh-sync-backup、GitHub tarball 或 git+https spec；提供设置页、定时调度与 sync_backup_run/status 工具。插件仍在测试中，安装前请审阅源码与许可证。
