dsh-tdai-memory-adapter: Connect DSH to existing TencentDB Agent Memory

`dsh-tdai-memory-adapter` is a lightweight adapter plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) designed to reuse an existing TencentDB Agent Memory Gateway/Core, thereby avoiding the local re-construction of the memory stack. The plugin primarily addresses three core issues: automatically retrieving relevant memories to inject context prior to DSH actions, capturing and delegating them to the existing MemoryCore at the end of a conversation, and providing a set of read-only search tools (including memory, conversation history, and Skill search).
