It intercepts, at the turn-stop boundary, outputs that merely state conclusions without supporting evidence, forcing the model to provide verifiable tool-execution results (such as bash, grep, etc.). It does not only inspect text outputs but also validates tool results in session logs, distinguishing path recollection from command retelling. By setting a per-turn interception limit, the plugin acts as a speed bump rather than a deadlock, ensuring that the model provides a traceable verification process before finalizing a direction.
