UI Beep: Auditory Feedback for DeepSeek Harness Agent Heartbeats

The DeepSeek Harness plugin UI Beep adds auditory feedback to the Web interface by translating agent states into three procedurally generated sounds. Licensed under the MIT License, it uses the browser-native Web Audio API for real-time synthesis, with no reliance on external assets. It requires DSH version >= 0.1.7 and supports volume adjustment through configuration. It plays a Hum sound simulating a heartbeat while working, a Tick ticking sound during streaming output, and a Chime alert sound when user intervention is required. Due to browser autoplay policies, the plugin must be activated after user interaction.
