The TapPass governance plugin is designed specifically for DeepSeek Harness, providing authoritative business-rule-level control for agentic AI. It operates by intercepting actions before tool calls and enforcing permissions based on business language rather than model weights, supporting policies such as read-only CRM access, refund-limit approvals, and data-export restrictions.
