dsh-decision-engine：DSH 上的 System-1 决策守卫

dsh-decision-engine 是 zuosus 维护的 DeepSeek Harness 工作流插件，在工具调用等九个决策点挂 System-1 风格轻量判断（风险、可逆性、任务相关、注入嫌疑），默认 shadow 只记录不拦截。支持 system one、bamboonode 与 custom API，配置写入 $DSH_HOME/dsh-decision-engine/config.yml。安装：dsh plugin add dsh-decision-engine。MIT 许可，安装前请审阅源码。
