SymPy-Calculate: Local SymPy Tool Preset for DeepSeek Harness

The SymPy-Calculate plugin for DeepSeek Harness is designed to support complex local mathematical calculations. It runs complete Python scripts in a local SymPy environment via the stateless tool `sympy_calculate`. Installation requires configuring a local SymPy repository and a virtual environment, and Node.js 22+.
