SpecWorkflow: A Workflow Skill Pack for DeepSeek Harness

SpecWorkflow is a shared workflow skill pack developed by MoonCoder-HAPPY and compatible with tools such as DeepSeek Harness. It provides agents with a standardized path from requirement clarification through specification generation, code execution, and delivery review to fault remediation, avoiding rework caused by vague requirements. The system uses `to-grill` to distinguish simple edits from complex tasks; complex tasks follow the `to-spec -> spec-do -> do-review -> fix-review` workflow. In combination with Goal Mode, agents can continuously complete implementation and review, ultimately saving workflow evidence in the `.spec-workflow` directory to ensure delivery quality.
