dsh-matlab-mcp: Registering MATLAB/Simulink to DeepSeek Harness

`dsh-matlab-mcp` is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) designed to inject MATLAB/Simulink control capabilities into the DSH GUI by registering a MathWorks MCP server. This plugin supports core functions such as code execution, static analysis, Simulink model viewing and editing, and Gherkin-syntax-based testing. Before use, you need to install the MATLAB Agentic Toolkit and pnpm, and meet the corresponding version requirements. After installation, restart the GUI and initialize a session in MATLAB; the agent can then interact with MATLAB through the `mcp__matlab__*` interfaces.
