Dedicated OCR Plugin for DeepSeek Harness SimpleTex

This plugin integrates SimpleTex's formula recognition and general OCR capabilities into the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) Web GUI. Users must first apply for a SimpleTex API Token, save it in the plugin settings, and then restart the service. The plugin registers the `simpletex_recognize` tool, supporting image drag-and-drop, pasting, and three recognition modes. It provides not only input interaction components but also security validation and storage functionality, addressing the insufficient image recognition capability in the DSH ecosystem.
